what is a webring?

according to wikipedia "A webring (or web ring) is a collection of websites linked together in a circular structure, usually organized around a specific theme, and often educational or social."

why make this one?

I have spent hours and days browsing neocities and nekoweb, and i have discovered SO MANY HOMESTUCKIES!! I frinken love homestuck and I wanna discover more people who do!

Requirements for joining :

• 1. no nsfw/18+ sites
• 2. hand coded site, no strawpage or carrd.
• 3. be a homestuck fan! your site doesnt have to be based around homestuck you just need to liek it.
• 4. anyone UNDER the age of 13 cannot join.
